After update unranked queue crashes at around 44 seconds remaining consistently

I've tried restarting PC and verifying files. It only started happening since the patch earlier.

Anyone else having this?

EDIT1 1st May 2024: Since this is now the pinned thread guys make sure to add some details about your specs. What GPU series etc. Personally on a 4080.

EDIT2 11th May 2024: hey devs, can we possibly get something more than you're aware of it? Is it actively being fixed? Is it even a priority? Hearing nothing on this cannot be good for pop.

EDIT3 19th May 2024: latest patch promised to fix it but did NOT fix it. This is still a major issue and seems to be happening for most people. Unranked queue is almost impossible to use. FOR NOW: use custom game lobby to find and host games!

EDIT4 8 June 2024: A temporary fix that works for SOME people is not banning any maps before queuing! Make sure you have no map bans active when you queue up people!

Quick Match keeps crashing

Today I was able to play 3 consecutive games, but then it started to crash out of the game suddenly.
It's a shame, because it's an excellent game mode to practice.
The last patch sought to solve this, unfortunately the problem continues.
I hope this information can be useful. And this error that started since the RBW update can soon be solved.

PD: Try checking the integrity of the files from Steam, as well as changing game settings.

Can we get more of a response for this issue? Why is quick queue still available to queue for if it is totally broken? Disable it.

WTF. My game is not crashing !!!! Someone didn't understand my post correctly. My game doesn't crash. It just freezes and it doesn't connect to the game....
Why am I then put in a wrong post. My problem has something to do with quick matches, but does not have the same effect.

Why am I then put in a wrong post. My problem has something to do with quick matches, but does not have the same effect.

It's the same error. The game freezes and nothing happens til you click then it says not responding and crashes.

Its not the same error. If I click after it is not responding I can wait or close the game. Its not crashing....

Oh I see. Yeah that's happening because someone you're queuing against or with is having the freeze.

I dunno if this helps any but, I managed to get another freeze. Sadly, the game will not accept my ctrl+page break. However, I went into control panel and managed to get this. Dunno how helpful it would be though... Nothing notable... (Not gonna upload file because it's 4gb. XD)

edit: I tried to force it to break via attaching to the process via MSVS but, no luck.

edit: Oh, it's not enabled on the current build it seems. I can't really test it then... nobody to test with on PUP...

edit: But, it seems to be an infinite loop of some kind. (That is generally what causes freezes like this.) I would 'suggest' looking into either the "net connection" stuff for the "players" or maybe server related stuff? Not really sure.

Yep. I've actually quit. Not sure if I'll be returning afterwards either, it's pretty clear that this game isn't a priority for them. Why would I spend hundreds or thousands of hours mastering something that isn't even valued by its own devs.

Same here. I usually play with friends against AI (unraked). After some minutes, the game freezes, then later resumes with some seconds passed on the simulation (the AI still plays and takes advantage of that =P). This happens 4 to 5 times per game. Its pretty annoying
