Age Of Empires 2 DE Campaign Bug Help

Hello
i playing now this campaign.
i dont have bronze medal on mission 4 because i used cheat codes.
i re play mission 4 without cheat codes but game not give me a medal.

how do i fix it?
otherwise how can reset campaign progress?

i delete this game and delete save, userdata files but didnt work.

Getting no medal upon completing a level

for once there the William Wallace learning campaign for example, I got medals in all of the missions except the final one (The Battle of Falkirk) which I did multiple times, no cheat code used)) and yet I have a medal appear in the big map also I didnt get the Guardian of Scotland achievement.

this happen in few other scenarios too

I've just started getting this myself. I'm missing three medals which is costing me two medals and achievements.

A friend is having this issue also (Medals and achievements not being credited) plus if he initialises a co-op campaign it just loads a random map. If I initialise the co-op campaign and invite him, it works fine. I am not sure if these issues are related but do you Taff and Dawnshepherd also have this issue?

I have same kind of issue with steam achievements of victories with a few specific civs (chinese, teutons, aztecs and I dont remember if 1 more), don't giving me the achievement even trying in different ways, like 1v1, custom MP, MP vs AI, ranked MP. Sad.

I´m getting this exact issue with Jan Zizka campaign. The game won´t mark missions 2 and 4 completed no matter how many times I play through them. And as I haven´t "completed" all the missions I can´t unlock the campaign completion achievement. I have the campaign marked as "completed on hard" (gold medal) but it seems it won´t count.

I tried even playing them on a different difficulty to no avail. I guess I just have to wait until a bug fix is released for the achievements right?

This must have something to do with that I tried cheat codes in missions 2 and 4. But the thing I can´t understand is that how do they still affect when I played it through without cheating on a second try. The game doesn´t say I cheated like it does if I did but the gold medal (or any medal) won´t appear.

Could something have gone wrong when I wrote "i r winner"? Because that basically "counts" as a pass and it unlocked the third mission. I didn´t touch the next mission though and went for the second mission again this time winning it legit.

I hope there´s a fix for this. I just thought what´s the big fuss as I had screwed things up so bad I knew there was no way I could come back and win anymore so I just fooled around had fun with the cars and then started the mission again from the campaign map and it won´t count...

Bugged achievement, Alaric campaign

Concerns this achievement:
"The Thicker the Hay, the Easier Mowed
Complete the Alaric Campaign."

I've completed the campaign on standard difficulty, but mission 4 "The Giant Falls" doesn't seem to count. I've already re-done the mission 3 times on standard difficulty and once on moderate.

Any way to fix this? I do want to get that achievement

The fifth episode of Olgierd and Kestutis is bugged too, with standard difficulty and mods enable ( mods that are usable in matchmaking ) when the hero Ladislav II comes to the top city ( blue ), the game crashes.

I´ve heard one way that might or might not fix the problem is by deleting cloud saves, userdata, aoe2 profile but that will erase all progress altogether. So it would be nice to know if these medal related bugs are going to be addressed or is the problem in our ends only (meaning no fix on the way).

I´m afraid my problem might just be my problem as I haven´t found anyone else complaining about not getting the Jan Zizka campaign completed. And once more to be precise the campaign as a whole is marked completed but no achievement popped because missing completion marks on missions 2 and 4, atleast I assume that´s the reason.

And as an achievement junkie I find it really irritating that my AoE2 achievement progression sits at 169/170.

Bug?

I finished the Joan of Arc Campaign, but I am not getting the achievement... I did it 3 times to make sure I didn't mess up anything. Not even the gold medal.

The Hautevilles 1 & The Hautevilles 4 : won achievements but no medals

Only used DEBUGSPEEDS change gamespeed...

Same issue, used a cheat to pass a mission, completed it without them 2 times now - no medal... HELP pls. No achievement for a campaign neither

we can opening multiple profiles on age of empires 2 HD.
but we can't do this on age of empires 2 DE.
why we can't profile reset or campaign progress reset? its so weird.
we should send email to developers.

Not getting achievements.

I've completed a level four times and not got the achievement for that campaign. on the campaigns screen it says I've completed them all but when you check the levels I have one with no gold circle on it. I've completed it every time with no cheats and it still wont give it to me.

Lost my medals for certain campaign missions

Inside some of the campaigns i completed i can't see none of the medals i earned for each of the missions, though when i go to campigna map (continent view) i see the overall medal for that campaign. So only for missions inside the certain campaigns i cant see the medals i've earned. Not sure since when this bug is present since i haven't played the game for a while.

Medal not achieved after winning a campaign scenario

Hello.

I spent a lot of time trying again to win Ivaylo 3rd scenario and I finally got it.

But, the game didn't mark the silver medal as marked in scenario 1 and 2.

All right, I will admit that in the first time that I played this 3rd scenario I used the "black death" cheat which kills all players because I got very angry.

But, in my last play I didn't use any cheats and yet I didn't got the medal for finishing the scenario on moderate.

Please, what should I do to gain my deserved medal?
