DLC purchased but appears blocked AoEII DE

Hello,
I bought the Deluxe DLC of AOEII DE, and after playing for a while, it now appears blocked. The funny thing is that if I click on buying it because he tells me that I must do so in order to play, he recognizes that it has been purchased.
I have tried absolutely everything, reinstalling, starting win10 in safe mode and clean boot... Microsoft has not been able to solve anything for me over the phone. Honestly, I don't understand why this happens.

I don't see a Deluxe DLC for AoE2 DE. Did you buy the game from Steam or the MS Store?

Of course he did so from the f'in M$ store, folk like this never learn, funny tho he comes here to moan about hes poor choice instead of going back there and asking those wankers to actually give him access to his purchase...

M$ is such a f'in joke these days they can't even be expected to cleanly upgrade their $hitty OS anymore let alone anything else they may be selling...

The Deluxe thing is only on MS Store afaik.
