Turtle Ship In Korean, HELP NOT SPAWNING

Hi all,
I'm not able to call turtle ship in Korean civilisation, I'm playing either death match or multi player, AI is able to call it but I can't. Please help. In fact I'm not able to call any unique ships.

Question on turtle ships AEO 2

For some weird reason I cannot make them. I have AEO 2 and I play as Koreans. I'm already in Imperial Age and the Turtle Ship icon won't even appear in the docks. I like upgraded everything and built every building. If this is a glitch can someone send me the link for the update. Or if it isn't then tell me what exactly I have to do

There is an arrow button to change to the second page. Should work then.

That's because, unlike us humans, the AI is programmed to read the UI and turn the page.
We need better programming.
