I play single player skirmish with Ai teammates and Ai opponents random map

After years of playing, I have settled to game settings I prefer, these have been remembered by the program and never need to be changed unless I want to change them.

Since the update every game game starts with changes to MY game settings, foremost the unchecking of regicide mode by itself and once I fix the settings check boxes. Then during the game loading spark shower, after 5 seconds or so, the game splashes 'AI Script Error' targeting the first random Civilization Ai player. Also note: I have the victory setting to CONQUEST

The game starts and the play seems normal for my Civilization but the only thing the Ai players do is gather and nothing else, they do not build so they do not advance, just gather existing food and wood, no farms, gather no gold no stone.

Game BROKEN...... note to Devs, I have screen snap of error for the asking....
Anyone else see this or strange happenings since the update ??

11, How does the AI always end up being absolute garbage?!
I literally cannot wait for the day they directly improve the AI and add higher difficulties.
