April 2021 Update
Do we have any ETA for the major April 2021 update?

It probably won't take much longer. There will be some changes at least in the tech trees:

This would be a huge change in the historically accurate direction. But will it be balanced?

It's already May in some parts of the world so technically they lied.

Have they promised anywhere that we'll get an update in April? Not sure that I've seen anything anywhere on that regard.

April test build does not mean it will be release on end of April. It just build released on April to test upcoming changes. It would be against idea of test build to be forced on X month releases

Definately. If they are going to solve most of the current bugs of the game and do serious improvements, we don't have any problem to wait even until June. But I read many complaints about the current state of the game.
