Teuton Mission 1 Bug

Cant hire Cumans no matter what.
Any help here?
I think there's also other campaign with similiar bug in some mission, where tributing doesnt activate the trigger and leaves secondary objective unfulfilled (and doesnt provide you with your hired units).

While it is Age of Empires 2 DE latest update version 107882, nope, I dont mean
Victors and Vanquished DLC, but the first campaign Teuton mission of Barbarossa
(Holy Roman Emperor mission).
All the way back to 1999 oriignal Age of Kings version, hiring that time Mongol Mangudai were not problem.
No matter how much gold I tribute to Cuman Kipchak's with Siege Onagers (its meant to be just 200 gold) they just dont go under my control.
I tried everything. I am not missing a Market (obviously), I am aware of tribute with Coinage and Banking upgrade, but at this point it feels like I should just send over a group of Monks, set Cumans to neutral and convert them one by one.

Yes.
Also the second mission for Burgundy (tribute 500 and subsequently more gold to Britons during their first offer initially worked, but, the offer has a timer. They will offer the tribute alliance again after some time, but that no longer works in any way).
Pretty much all secondary objectives with tributes are bugged.
Including Inca mission 1, from what I remember.
Sundjata (Malians) mission 4 has been fixed (tribute to Fakoli and Malian Traders).
There one mission with Tamerlane(Tatar) where you tribute wood, but that one's probably the only one which is working, from what I heard:

I am gonna check them out one by one in different situation (Castle Age, Imperial Age, standard and moderate difficulty).
Supposedly Burgundian mission 4 Unholy Marriage, tributing 1000 gold to County of Namur(to become your Teuton ally) secondary objective is also not working.
Babur(Hindustani) mission 2 and 5 the same.
Maybe they worked, I dont remember, I played them just fourteen days ago :D

I confirm, i saw that bug ~month ago (when quality of play was introduced) in PUP version in one of the mission from Tamerlane I (Mod).
I ve read they fix it and publish it as Beta/PUP, pup_march

Looks like the new update that just came out fixed that, yeah. Saw a lot going around about how tributing was bugged, but just picked them up in a new game now.

I just checked Inca 1, Burgundy 2 again also Babur...
Nothing works. Nothing..
Ah, a fresh update (50 mb) just came out, lets see and check it all again.
