Locating the AI folder on hard drive

I have downloaded AI mods and want to utilize them with my AI players. I don't know how to locate and download them into the AI folder. Could this folder be named differently than simply "AI"?

The games AI directory is here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AoE2DE\resources\_common\ai

but, if you want to use it as a mod:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\<STEAM_ID>\mods\local\<MOD_NAME>\resources\_common\ai

Note that there is a bug when trying to use the AI in editor. It has to be in the games AI directory for it to show up.

edit: If you 'subscribed' to a mod:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\<STEAM_ID>\mods\subscribed\<MOD_NAME>\resources\_common\ai
