How to turn off the voice over ?

I just started the game up and there is a voice over that keeps speaking every button that is pushed.

Single Player - Button
News - Button
Exit - Button

And it keeps saying the above for every action even if you hover over it. I can't find a setting to turn this off ?

If anyone else has this or can provide help it would be appreciated.

Hey mate, thanks but there is no option there in the game to turn off this voice over.

I reset to default to see if that would do anything but I still have the same thing happening, it has just started today, I have been playing this for years and I have never heard this before.

It even happens in game, If I set waypoints for a scout the voice will keep going button, button, button, over an over for every click I do. It is unplayable like this, I would be surprised it is just me having this issue though as it must have happened with the last update, I am not sure.

Strange. When I open the options menu and go under the audio tab, the right half of the screen is an entire section dedicated to the Narrator.

Apologies you were right, I just didn't see the check box for menu narration.

Lol yep, I never really change anything from default in games so I didn't see it.
I verified the game files and that didn't help so I went back for 1 2nd look and there it was
