Severe AI Bug

Good day and hello

I know you don't want to hear this, but here it is again: in solo 8-opponent (4v4) play on the Dark Forest map and the Conquerors-Ki/AI, both the opposing faction and your allied factions hear just up with their development. Then the NPC's just stand around idly. Troops are no longer generated, nor are buildings completed. this takes about until i have defeated three of the four opponents. Then everyone gets moving again. And don't tell me to check my installation files again. i installed the game extra on a second pc where it is exactly the same! if you're not interested in supporting the game properly, okay. But don't make me look like a fool.
I did another 5 auditions today and it was always the same. only after eliminating three of the four opponents did movement come into play again.

Addendum: I'm playing without the "Return of Rome" expansion.

Hello, we are currently supporting only the DE AI and not the AIs from previous titles, please try to play against those.
