Which decade are you from?
lol is this a troll? Daut is for sure a top level player unless your definition of top player is the top 5 or 3.
Can you make an argument for him being there?
Is he even a contender for a title in minor tournaments?
no cuz that isn't my definition of top player lol. I literally said unless your definition is top 3 or 5 so obviously we have different meaning of the term.
But saying "top" without any qualifiers means that the player can contend for literally the top position consistently at least some of the time in at least minor tournaments. Not having the skill to be in the conversation for top-5 makes this a tall proposition.
@HongeyKong, that video is unfortunately heavily outdated. MBL in particular is the one who made arguably the most progress. DauT is above MBL in that video, that alone should tell everyone it's out of touch with the current state.
-In the video, Mbl is above Daut from 3 out of 5 players perspective
-The site adjusts players elo according to major tourney results, and Daut is currently #11 here,
https://aoe-elo.com/player/1/DauT
-Daut did win in minor tourneys (of which very top players didnt take part) in the past year, ClownCup2 & Empire Wars Arena Mini-Cup
