How to remove Enhanced Graphics DLC?

I installed the Enhanced Graphics DLC and now I'm stuck with no possibility to zoom out far enough. How do I disable/uninstall the DLC?

I am not 100% sure this works here(I am on my phone atm.), but with other games it works like this, so I will write it out.
Right click on your game in your steam library, DLC tab and turn the enhanced graphics DLC off.

You can toggle it on and off in the game's settings menu (look for the page with graphics options).

No it doesnt work. I can only remove the 4K option, but I can't remove the HD texture pack.

Go to your Steam Library.

Right click on the game in the left hand side list.

Select Properties.

You should get a pop-up window with its own lefthand sidebar with DLC as an option near the bottom. Click on it.

There you can select which DLC you you own that you want to keep active and installed on the computer.
