I noticed that, after we gave up trying, one of the PCs was finishing up windows updates when we shut it down. I'll update the thread if we see this happening again. I doubt windows updates will break the game, but fingers crossed
-You are 2v2 AI in MP? Do you lag in SP? Do you get a red or yellow clock by your name when it starts to happen? Which AI are you playing against?
Also, we were seeing the red/yellow clock next to our names in the 2vs2 LAN game against AI
-That signifies either something on the PC or the internet is causing a bottleneck and cannot keep up with the game.
-I would definitely try to rule out some items! It's especially telling if it always occurs within ten minutes of the game starting.
-The last few threads that reported this issue turned out to be a background VPN, or a background injector hogging resources.
Here is a video from this weekend when we first started seeing the issue.
Lan game 2vs1 against AI:

-Very interesting video. I didnt see any yellow or red clocks though. For that specific video it didn't really look like lag rather your clicks just didn't commit. If you tried using the keyboard hotkeys instead of manually mouse clicking when that happens, does it work by any chance? Just trying to troubleshoot.
-It looks like your PC only has 4GB of ram. That probably is your issue. 4GB is the minimum specs needed but doesnt really mean you're going to have great performance.
Keep in mind that AI also falls behind and it's definitely not playing normal. Almost like the AI faces similar issues. I am really intrigued by the fact that I never had issues since last weekend.
Will try to uninstall latest windows updates.
EDIT: Uninstalling windows updates had no effect.
At this point I am inclined to blame the latest hotfix/patch
I watched a game record of one of this lagging matches and it seems like the AI gets stuck on attempting some actions when the game starts falling behind.
Unfortunately there is no improvement so far.
However I enabled V-Sync before starting the match and it seems I get more stable gameplay.
The game is no longer stuttering just moving a bit slow from time to time.
Without V-Sync the stuttering was happening when FPS dropped from 120+ to 60.
Now I just keep it running with 60 FPS
