You'll have to be prepared to sacrifice some units to kill the siege elephants and the light cavalry.
I lost once or twice because the light cav didn't follow me like the ranged enemies did, and they finished the TC off, lol.
Don't forget the gaia monk near the water on your left (south west of the market).
I have Prithviraj, 3 Camel Riders, 2 Light Cavalry, 1 Camel Scout and 4 Shrivamsha Riders.
At the left Town Center, there are 5 enemy Crossbowmen, 2 Elephant Archers, 2 Light Cavalry and 1 Armored Elephant.
At the right Town Center, the enemy composition is exactly the same, except they have 1 more Elephant Archer for some reason.
I used F3 to pause so I can set up control groups without losing precious milliseconds. I just split the groups with random soldiers into 1 and 2, and just winged it.
My left group managed to take down all the enemies, but I lost Prithviraj. My right group managed to kill the Armored Elephant and the 2 Light Cavalry, and I got the archers to chase me until they're away from the Town Center.
I gained control of the left Town Center and started making Spearmen and Skirmishers. I lost all my original troops to the right enemy group (I didn't bother finding the Monk). But then I sent my new troops over to finish all the right enemy group, who were attacking something else other than the right Town Center.
And that's how I got the achievement, lol. So stupid.
It's fine though. I already got the achievement from what I did earlier. It didn't unlock until all enemy soldiers are dead.
So what I did was a small variation on Orion's strategy:
-I used two groups: the 5 cavalry to the left of Prithviraj to the left village, the 5 to the right to the right village (I left Prithviraj there for the time being)
-Each group were told to attack the armored elephant and went through the straightest line
-They both attracted as many troops as they could and regrouped with Prithviraj halfway between the villages.
-Then with this group I proceeded to wipe out all other troops in as small bands as possible. As I said, the achievement unlocked once the last crossbowman died, was one elephant archer left.
