Report a translation problem
a) You install the 4k textures, if you machine can handle them. It is a separate (free) DLC that you download and activate. It'll make everything twice as big (and more detailed).
b) Or you change the resolution in the game options to half your screen size, which will also make everything twice as big (but without installing the 4k graphics, so you don't need such a strong machine).
I don't know your screen size. If you got a 4k screen with 3840x2160 pixels, you can select half of that (1920x1080) in the game options to effectively double the size of the content.
Edit: Okay I checked options again and UHD was not selected, now its much better thank you
