Once you can do that and do more damage then you take you should be fine with any other build order.

never do fast castle like other noobs doing.
best map for get better at game is arabia, play it always
basic core build order(for beginners):
19.,20,21 vill scout
21,22 vill archers
advanced:
24 vill drush-archers
21-22 vill man at arms- archer
tower rush
man at arms+ tower
I already downloaded it, my question is basically which of all those build orders is the most effective to start being a noob. There are some simple and some really complicated, at least for me xD.
Sure they have to learn feudal (& water) openings at some point if they want to improve further, but FC boom alone should be enough to bring them to 800 ~ 900 1v1 range.
edit: This is actually slower so is not source of my slowness
