Thx. But I would like to accomplish it by myself. Wish they made it a bit easier. Does somebody have some useful tips how to do it?

I recommend keeping some light cav around to snipe the siege from red and yellow; without the siege they are not a threat. Meanwhile focus on taking the other half of the city

I also went for the achievement of keeping the tower alive. The way I did it was by rushing red quickly with a couple of trebs and destroying the castle. Then I snuck back into the city from behind and captured the monument

I can tell you how i did it...

First i tried to def on 2 fronts. One against green and one against yellow and red. Red wont attack you early so you can prepare for that.
take out the roadblock of orange in the northeast at the start
collect all the ox carts at the start. there is 0 risk just avoid yellow towers
invest in hand cannons but also some frontline to tank.
Once you cross the bridge to green make sure you can take out the castle as soon as possible and send Jan Zizka or a knight to the monument so their buildings turn into yours. now you just have to kill the remaining forces of green. From there try building up an army through. After fending of yellow try trebbing the forrtress wich gives you extra troops
You might have to give up on your tower outside your base to the north.i found it extremely hard to defend but you'll have to for the achievement.

I've done it! Finally! I did what I was adviced: crushed the green one, opened the routes, then yellow and finally the red one. When you are fast enought he won't get much trebs because you will cut off his provisions line...
