Multiplayer Problems = No Age of Empires IV Purchase
I was interested to see what Age 4 was gonna be like but if you can't even fix the old games networking problems then I will not be buying your new game.

Your move Microsoft.

I'll get it, but for campaign reasons and because I can't be asked to play multiplayer, lmao

Hilarious typical steam kiddie behavior.

Gotta love the "Your move Microsoft" part, as if they are scouring the internet looking for people challenging them.

No one that can make a difference reads this forum...

Yeah we should all just keep quiet and not voice our concerns or opinions on the fact that a game we all play is in dire need of some attention.

Because that ever helped.

Don't you have something better to do than trawl steam forums looking to pick keyboard fights lmao?

It's a disgrace. Devs need to find a solution and then leave the game alone. I like DE way more but it will always be worse if I can't actually PLAY it.

All I see is someone crying over their candy being taken away. Like a baby.

And here I thought most Steam users were 30+ yr old troglodytes.

Complaining and raising an issue is one thing, threatening with not buying the game you are most definitely still going to buy is just... Ugh, what are you, 9? In which case, forget all I said, and you're in your full right to behave the way you do. But otherwise... You're the kind of steam kid that is responsible for Steam forums being the cest pit it has become.

Because Age of Empires 4 is going to be using the same engine as a 20 year old game...

Half the problems with Age of Empires 2 DE are people alt+f4 which is a social issue and people trying to play on toasters with dial up. I play with some friends who have decent PCs and decent internet. Zero issues buttery smooth online experience. Are legitimate technical issues? Yes. I'm not dismissing that.

Lmao whats your obsession with kids and age?

You honestly thought most people that use Steam are over 30..because what, people with jobs and families have more time than kids to play games lool?

Clearly you miss the entire point of the post and I'm not here to sit and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spell it out to you so keep trawling steam forums trying to police all these kids that you rave on about ruining your precious steam forums. Have fun with that!

The issue is that new games tend to have problems which hopefully get fixed in the end but if they cannot (or will not?) fix prevalent and consistent issues with their current games then who is to say they will fix the new game when/if problems arise?

And for the record many I play with have good PC's and performance is not an issue. If you look here or in the sticky'd thread this is not an isolated issue
