D3DCOMPILER_47.DLL Win8
I've seen this game is playable from windows 8.1, I've tried to run it from my win 8 pc but I get and error that says "d3dcompiler_47.dll is not found in my pc". how can I fix this?

I think this is directx file.

Do you have directplay enabled?enable at Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features then turn windows features on or off , legacy components. Note that i have windows 10 so on windows 8.1 it might be there as it might not be legacy component on win 8.1 (then it's most likely already enabled/active)

You should have it on Windows\System32 , if you don't have it go to game direction and there is D3D9_DLLBACKUP folder, copy file from there and put it to Windows\System32

You can try also running windows update.
