The pavlovian response from them is half of my enjoyment of the game.
I hope someone makes a mod for the original sounds.
I think the audio (soundtrack, unit sounds, campaign narrators and voice actors), the main menu UI and the absence of a classic graphics option are things holding me back from buying this game. It's a shame because I want to try out the new civs and see the quality of life upgrades. For the moment, I'll stick with AOE 2013 until I see how the devs respond to the community's feedback on these retro classic options...
