An Army Marches on Its Stomach

I have problems unlocking this achievement. I'm pretty sure I did every side mission and destroyed every smaller base but I just don't unlock it.
Here are picture of the destroyed bases (the flags aren't red anymore):

Yes, I also destroyed the Wonder of the monks as well as the castle that protected the elephants. I also destroyed the village of the merchants to get purple's help. I did all of this before the counter was down.
I don't see a smaller base on the mini-map anymore. Did I miss a side-quest or why can't I unlock the achievement?

They need to be gone too?? I thought since they didn't have a flag I can ignore them

What to do if all flags are white; docks, temple and castle destroyed? At what point does achievement come? I have 30 seconds left before the invasion. (I chose an alliance with the merchants and even completely destroyed the violet fraction)

I missed a small camp on the other side of the river :D

This one was somewhat clunky as there are walls which are too close to the flags and keep them red. More precisely, the ones near the siege workshop which lies just above the stone walled base. As this was my last thing that was missing, I got the achievement just after destroying those walls.
