Red exclamation mark
Why does my module download appear red exclamation mark? Is it the problem of the Internet? Please solve it.

The mod has not been uploaded correctly. This is because Microsoft can't even give decent info on what to do when uploading mods. I fixed this by uploading a zipped 'resource' folder which had a directory of 'resouce/_common/scenario/"scenario here"
