Can't unsubscribe from MODS

They always come back, worse than cancer.

I have tryed everything, pls help.

Not even deleting them from the mods folder works. When I execute the game they reapear.

What I had to do to make them stay "unsubscribed" is unsubscribe them, then play a Random Game or any type of game, finish the game, and they stayed off. I think just unsubscribing then exiting the game, just doesn't make them stick.

F%$# microsoft for not using the steam workshop, it was WAAY easier in the HD (2013).
