Mod for increase population limit

Hello, Im new at modding definitive edition and I want to know how can I simply change the max population for all civs? I tried a lot of things and nothing happened

if you open the game to the main menu you can find a tab called mods. open that and itll allow you to search for mods find one that suits you may it be 750 pop or even infinity add it and or subscribe to it and it should work. If you are playing multiplayer make sure you add it as a mod when creating the lobby. Mind you at the moment ive stopped using mods as since the last update it causes the game to crash just like that so be carefull.

I know, but I want to create my own mod with my own settings, but thx anyway
