What civs were picked (RM, DM and Unranked)?
What game types were used (RM, DM, KOTH, Empire Wars, ...)?
...?

I am just curious about those statistics.

AoE2.net is where data to build statistics comes from, it gets data from Steam. https://aoestats.io/ is a site tracking ranked win rates, not the statistics you are seeking, I think if you want to track those stats you would need to use the AoE2.net API and build your own tracker, if you do be sure to share it.
