Unable to win Aztec Campaign
I'm on the 3rd map on the Aztec Campaign and I lost too many horses to get to 20, I've also razed every building on the map and the enemy scores don't go up at all but Cortez still doesn't surrender. How am I supposed to win this map? I have the entire map revealed and there's nothing. I even destroyed the walls.

Are you sure? If you lose too many horses you just have to defeat cortes, he wont be defeated until you destroyed all military, that includes its bombard canons in the water! So make sure you arent leaving any bombard alive somewhere hidden

I searched the entire map including all oceans. Cortez has been stuck at 9300 score for the past 15 minutes. Maybe a unit is stuck off-map or something, idk. I let it run for 30 minutes and cortez's score hasn't moved, nothing happened on the map. Is there a way to force the ai to concede? I just want to unlock the next map.

Did you check the rivers that connect to the jungle? The galeons get stuck in there sometimes, i had no problems with the mission (i killed cortes) so idk :/

Finally found it after an hour of searching. There was a single champion stuck way on the upper left of the map, inside a tlaxcala building. Had to use an archer to plink him down. Cortez instantly resigned.

late but for this thing u can make save and use cheat for see where they is use "marco" and "polo" after reload your savegame and go on the place for kill him

Thanks! That's exactly what I've encountered. Only 18 horses survived, so I had so raze entire map until I found that last ship in the river.
