Bari mission 4: Which optional objectives should I do first? (HARD)

I tried hiring Normans (yellow) first, but their cavalry were not strong enough to fend off enemies.

Causing avalanche was tempting, but we can't build another castle and harvesting all the stone in the valley takes time.

Should I destroy that grey abbey first? or liberate Capua?

You can try to build a dock and get Cannon Galleons to take down Blue's Castle and Orange Tower first, then get Imperial to build Trebuchet to kill Gray Monastery backed up with Archers, then tribute the Yellow. Building Stone Walls at some choke points to get some time and get your economy going.

At the very start of the game click up to imp, and I send 1 villager to the avalanche point, build a mining camp and stone wall him in. You will get this objective over time. Like Arina said, then build a dock down by blue and make a few cannon galleon when reaching imp. The nice thing here is you don't need to research cannon galleon. (I think you might have to grab chemistry, so save 300f/200g). Then you should make a group of 5-6 light cav and kill grey(monestary).Also bring whatever knights you started with, but send light cav first to kill the monks.

With that gold from grey, send it to yellow to make them your ally.

Hopefully now you just have to deal with Red and Purple. He might push you a bit early, but do your best to wall/use other buildings as walls behind your castle(you will likely lose it). For army comp you literally just need arbalest. once you get a nice mass you should be able to boom up your eco and push out.

Orange will get killed very easily by blue and yellow once you ally with them. Your left over cannon galleons can make it go that much faster
