AOE2 DE scenario editor

On the scenario editor, is there a way to change all units and buildings to another player?

I stupidly spent hours designing a city as player 1 but in my scenario, I want that city to be AI and obviously player 1 must be set to ‘either’. I designed the non AI player as player 4 so I just need to switch them - is this possible?

there is an effect, "change ownership" just add it to any trigger, and change w/e you want to whoever you want

Presume I can just do this for both players to switch at the start?
