12 to 16 GB download size without 4K textures.

I think 48 GB with 4K textures (optional download).

about 12 gb without 4k graphics and 40gb with 4k graphics

The 4K graphics come as a DLC. Unless you don't add the DLC to your libary you should not download the graphics
