Is there a blood option?

I can’t see it in the options in the game but I heard there was.

Thank you my problem was, i was looking at the options when in the game.

Actually i just had a look when in the main menu and there is no option there for blood in the graphics tab.

You have to enable "Show Advanced Options" first.
