A perfect Martyr on moderate is too hard
the 6th mission in the joan of arc campaign, has a steep diffcultity spike after you capture the town from the bruancanies. where the english attack you with a ton of trubashet and longbows. they barely give you time to prepare.

Don't capture the town, find other way to complete te map.
I have completed the mission on hard, and there is at least one strategy to win:

Small strategy spoiler
Go to the south

Use the first location when troops join you as camp, build a lumbercamp with 100 wood you have then a market. after that build houses and town center, farms then start grabbing food while defending the shallows (creating 2-3 monks to heal can spare you a lot of resources). don't cross them. there is plenty of wood to trade and build farms until you have enough food&wood. also look for fish, is a good food income. then go for purple but don't kill the towncenter just make sure you can mine his stone. then expand and go for orange first but don't kil the market use it for gold income. When you are ready with a big army kill the towncenter purple and prepare for english to attack on shallows. I managed to defeat them until no building was left standing.

i managed to defeat this mission on standard, i went for purple southern TC and Destroyed everything, then went and pass though purple north town, then i went to orange TC and destroyed everything, then went back to purple settlement, took it out, build up my base, delt with red slowly until, i had the superior force, and then i crused red. put the flag on the hill and won.

still the ai aggressive make moderate really hard.

I did it about the same way MelhemX just described, but I did it on Hard. After building a lumber camp I had the villagers chop wood (as suggested above by bogdanatex) while I knocked down the purple towers & castle, and took out the town center. The villagers also constructed a dock which created a couple of fishing boats. Then I took everybody north and wiped out orange completely. Made my main base there for awhile, easy to defend with a castle guarding each gate. Then when I was strong enough I went and finished walling in the old purple area, and then went and destroyed the southern purple base. Trouble was by that point the Purples had a town center and many barracks inside the English walls.

The English longbows can be countered rather easily by your cavalry, just remember that the archers scatter & back up when attacked, so you've gotta micro-manage your cavalry & send at least 1 after each of the cowardly longbowmen.
