Forgotten Empires Campaign
I know Forgotten was a mod and not a official release. Will it be in the Definitive Edition? If yes, will they add voice acting/narration to the Forgotten Campaign? It would see odd to have only one without it.

The Forgotten DLC started out as a mod, but then did become an official release. The Forgotten campaigns do not have voice acting in HD, but they will in Aoe2 DE.

Yes, voice acting was confirmed. I'm more worried about whether they're going to make the missions at least mediocre, because it's the only campaign I just couldn't get myself to play through. They're so incredibly bad and scripted.

Same! I tried to play it, but without the voice acting it just felt too much like a cheap mod and I couldn't get thru it. I'm happy to know it's confirmed. Thanks for the info!

There's no reason to not include the Forgotten Campaigns as the Definitive Edition is developped by the same people
