Room above your house
I was just wondering about the locked room above your home that you get after beating the game. is there any why to unlock it?

Yes, you've still got quite a bit more to discover before that. You won't be able to solve that puzzle until after you've collected 64 eggs.

What if I've already gotten the 65th egg and used it? Does it have something do to with the clocks?

No, it's unrelated to that. Use the UV light in the egg room. If that doesn't make sense by itself, also examine the rooms to the left of the egg room using the UV light.
