Going Crazy Over Medallion Puzzle

So I have spent probably the last hour and a half going through the map with every item at my disposal trying to find the entrance to the last medallion puzzle. So far I have already done the puzzles to get the Remote, Bouncy Ball, and UV Light, and have gone to pretty much every tile on the map looking for this last one. I've found these weird yellow stands all over the map and I assume the next item will give me access to whatever those do. On top of that I found the incubator thing [spoiler/] which I have no clue what that does. Theres also the arrows ive found all over the place and I dont know what those do either. Just generally at a loss for progression and any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I have 57 eggs.

If you've found arrows in the background and don't know what to do with them, I'll bet you haven't freed the cats in the ostrich area yet. Go take a closer look at them.

The sets of 5 arrows go in 8 different directions and only seem to show up in one section, right? They also come paired with some symbols directly above them. Look around in the lower half of that section for similar symbols. There's 5 sets of symbols and arrows, from what i've heard, but i'm just finishing this puzzle myself. With 8 directions and the tools at your disposal, how can you best input those directions? This is my first "postgame" stuff i'm doing myself, which is the cool part of an open world puzzle game like this, people get stumped at different stuff.
It's the caged cats. Go use the flute to free the caged cats in the ostrich basement.
Also i think the yellow stands might be the telephones.

me and the guy above already told you how to obtain wheel, but you don't need it for last medal entrance.
remember room after seahorse's flame? you gotta jump on that head pipe (not in it) and in the secret passage use top. that's it

I'm in that room right now, where can i get the object for the recess? I already have the ball from the kangaroo.
