Is there a way to break glass?
Is there a way to break glass? I didn't break some walls with the final boss, now I don't know how to break them.

During the boss final boss battle I broke glass by sheer luck... and then I coudln't reproduce it anymore. I'm confused if I even broke it for real or was just an impression. I believe that at some point I might learn how to break it... but so far no luck

if you beat 1st manticore then you can break glasses only with 2nd manticore

I did the same, but noticed in the boss room there is what looks like different coloured glass. I tried getting the manticore to shoot more glass in the boss fight but it didn't work...

There are specific glass tiles that can be broken by the manticore, but they only appear in that specific area. If you look at them carefully, you can tell they're different from the others. Most glass tiles can't be broken.

While I was initially suspicious of all the glass throughout the game, I think it's mainly used as a decorative block that allows the player to see through it. You'll notice it's often used in places to indicate alternate paths or to let you peek into a room ahead of time as a sort of hint. There are also some areas where buttons and switches are placed on these blocks, which makes me think they're generally not intended to be destructible.

That being said, there are a few odd uses of the glass block. The most notable I can think of off the top of my head is the single glass block on the floor visible to the left of the peacock room, the glass wall blocking off the other half of a dark room with vines and a fish pipe where you can find an egg, and some inexplicable glass placed on the ceiling in the dog area seemingly with no purpose.

Is it possible to get the manticore all the way up to the room with the island hidden behind glass? Will it break that glass with its vision?

Yes to your first question, no to the second one. Only way in there is glitching.

The odd one is seven glass blocks in the room of wolf spirit shrine.
