That function was never in-game and was just another thing the team said similar to how Gabe said moss would be in-game. Neither was Friendly's ability to knock off Gordon's glasses, but we do have an idea to implement a feature inspired by that idea for Mr. Friendly.

Mr. Friendly's in the game, in Questionable Ethics. Theres no fatal copulation features (Thank God), nor can he knock off the player's glasses or weapon out of their hands. All they really do is play piano music when chasing you, scratch you with their arms, and throw Bullsquid spit at you, and yes you can kill it.
