It seems to happen when you have to go report in the castle.
As landman mentions, Kirika wont date you untill chapter 5 or something. (story reasons) Technically I think her date is ment to be the first one because the tutorial uses it as screenshots, lol.
with Kirika its somewhere after a certain part of the story
wow so if u are playing as the boy u get to date the girls and if ur playing as the girls u get to date the boys and theres multiple endings to the game i just dont understand why jrpgs have to have multiple endings
And you can really see every ending in the same game, it's not like mass effect that you have to load an older file or play the whole game again, think of those endings as unlockable scenes, if you dated enough time a character, you can see their ending (no need to reload, post game save let's you replay the end again and redo your companion choice).
Ok thanks for clearing that up with me now I know how this game is played the multiple ending theme is similar to one of the games I like from sega nights journey of dreams where u get a different ending after playing both stories of the 2 characters in the game I always play as the girl first then the boy.
And a similar thing in muramasa rebirth where u have to complete both momohime and kisuki stories in order to get both of their good endings.
It's kind of like Stardew Valley, you can date all 6 bachelors and bachelorettes, see all their events, and then marry one, they don't care at all unless you married first and then tried to date them lol
Ah thanks for explaining that whole thing cause I was wondering if it were playing one side of the story then the other to get a full ending of the game
