Explaining the Bond Diagram in the best way possible
using the JP wikis I finally understood what each bond does albeit its a bit outdated (obviously it doesnt include anything with Jinnis or Excella) but I think I can still put a lay down on the major rules.
1. Any "ordinary personality" will never "level up" (IE any of the gray personalities that interact with the diagram will never acquire additional dots)
2. The more dots you get the more times it is used in combat.
3. Each effect will work only in 4 circumstances (if attacking, did char X receive any damage or is being damaged and if enemy is broken; lastly just do anything)
4. Some effects are character centric (IE Diva and Servant; will only work if you are using Kirika with Rinna as you party member but since Rinna has to use Elven Attandant which is a gray personality it will only be effective if you have ground Kirika's Mental based bond)
5. The Colors represent themes of the relationships
  • Orange (Friends)
  • Blue (Rivals)
  • Green (Mental)
  • Purple (Dragons/Dragoneer)
  • Red House (Family)
  • Heart (Partner)
  • Negative (Black star on Red icon)
  • Solo (Black star)
6. Stereotypical actions of the AI involve (if char A is being damaged then use heal or support magic, if attacking then use anything offensive such as debuff or just attack, is enemy broken then use status effect or debuff) no matter how the skill is named these are what the AI will most likely do
as for negative bonds they have some good in them but most of the time you're better off not using them.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll guess getting all dots is mostly for OCD lol

this doesnt explain s-hit. What is the effect, what are the bonds attack list, does it affect the relation with characters and so on.

I provided the sauce its in Japanese but should be mostly understandable
as I said the effects are stereotypical AI actions its either a buff or attack, debuff or heal (or stack everything heal, buff with regen Shining Maid personality does this to be exact maid of master's effect is for 20 seconds Yuma gets 10% attack and defense boost with 45 seconds of regeneration) its literally either one or the other
just refer to the sauce its still mostly functional as I said if you have a friend who is masochistic enoug to translate the wikis then go ahead

The bond system is interesting but I have 50+ hours in the game with every achievment and I can safely say its mostly useless. Maybe if the game had a hard mode it would be interesting to see how useful some bond combinations would be but I dont really understand the point of them.
