api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0-dll
After last update i've got "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0-dll is missed" error in my notebook with win7. PC with win10 - is all right. Did anyone have a same problem?

(Yes, i download this dll and put it in system32, but nothing happend).+ Notebook most of time hasn't got connection to internet
