I actually liked DAH Path of the furon

The game honestly brought new stuff to the series like skyskrapers, airborne enemies like helicopters and UFO's, tons of new weapons, larger maps and you finally get to see the furon homeworld
only problem, the game was obviously buggy, unfinished and rushed development

i enjoyed it too. I feel like 2 remake goes super well in sales. I would like for them to remake the wii version for pc and remake / finish with path of the furon. The weapons were were fun in that game.

It was the most fun in the series IMO, or would have been if it was a finished game.

i couldn't handle the animation and constant lag i gave up when i got to the furon homeworld
maybe if the devs had more time they could of made a subpar game

Yeah I hear it was very buggy and glitchy. Very few of the reports say it was bad because of its gameplay or story or something. I would be super curious to see them remake it in its full glory. Now Big Willy is where I think we should say... no... and do their own thing IIRC it didn't have much going for it as a DAH game and I vaguely remember people who played it trying to forget it lol.

If the devs want to totally ignore 3 and 4 and create their own new game 3 or a game 5 I would be open to that as well. Assuming DaH 2 is as of high quality of a remake as 1 they will have my trust.

Path of the furon also got a load of flak for ''racist'' humour
If you dont know what I am talking about there is a few scenes in the game where a character says some lines in a very stereotypical Asian accent

You know I think they should instead of making a remake.....just take all the versions and put it into a new game. That will let them reuse and remake the maps and such but also let them put everything together for a giant fun filled multi chapter story of fun.

They could then release each new chapter one at a time. Enhancing what was there.
They could even do a Patreon page to hype the game and get people to fund them if its a huge problem.

This new game looks like it has the ability to already take extensions....so maybe they should just do the Patreon thing and release all those other sequels at as add ons.
