Stuck at 3E

[BurntPubes]

Hi there,
I'm doing Azriel's part after getting Kenneth's number. I've spoken with him and he said to meet at Room 3E at Hibiscus Highrise. After getting there, there's no options to advance the story. Calling Kenneth results in nobody anwering. Using hand on door gives me 'locked, as expected'. Mouth gets me 'Nobody home'. Foot, nor Eye do anything. Did I miss something? I took my Kenneth call in that corridor, would that hurt it?
Thanks!

Oh shoot, I was in the wrong apartment building. Crisis averted!
