*Spoiler* Some lingering questions I have

1. Does anyone else notice that no one has eyes except the Director? I at first thought it was a graphical glitch or a mistake untill I saw his portrait.
2. Who helps Charlie and gives him the map during his memory wipe?, who speaks to him in his cell the first night? are these forgotten plot points or did I miss something?
3. Do those symbols in the room before the two crushing things(pipes?) have any significance, they kind of look like the revolution symbol from Papers Please, I doubt they are related though.

1. The Director has Eyes. One of his Eyes is obscured by what looks like a monocle, though.
2. One of the Center 7 Staff. It is revealed in audiologs during the escape that the staff noticed what the director was doing and so they tried to escape and get help. They all got killed.
