32gb Ram, Ryzen 1700, RX 560. The game is lagging a lot in any settings and i suspect its because it has too many polygons. Another games that are more GPU and CPU intensive run smooth at ultra (Ex: Battlefield 4)

I can't get the game to start. A couple seconds after clicking the icon I get a "fatal error" message with UE4 stuff in the top of the window. I acknowledge that my BIOS could be updated, but I don't usually touch it unless it I can pinpoint that the BIOS is the issue. BIOS flashing can be risky. My system is as follows Win10 64bit .
