Problem in Egypt!!! Please help!
I have problem in TRA Egypt - Obelisk of Khamoon. Here's a picture for exact location - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=107238498 - where Lara isn't able to grab ledge of entrance's platform from jumping from 2nd ledge above little platform! She falls before it! I tried to hold spacebar longer, turn of wide screen effects, but nothing change. I have Windows 7 and before I played the game Steam updated or made some change of it, this may help giving me advice how to resolve my problem. I know that this is common problem in that particular place.

I know what you mean, but it's only happened to me once. Try it again and see if it works out after a continue or restarting the level.

I've tried that place n-times over and over again without any changes. And I don't think by restarting level will change smth, because that "update" was before I get in that level. How can restart it anyway?

oh wow, that is a problem if you still can't grab it. I meant to restart by restarting the level itself. I can't check right now, but I'll see if I can still perform this action myself.

@ShadowJacky I don't get it how can restart if there's no option to restart? I play this game a long time! Replay can only previous [big] levels, but current and tiny one...., ???!!!

I haven't tried any of these yet, but thanks to tombraiders.net, Stella has offered some possible solutions:

Reduce the screen resolution in the Options menu. You may need to experiment a little to see which setting works best for you, but if you have a very high-res or wide-screen monitor, a lower setting may do the trick.

Disable 'Full Screen Effects' in the Options menu. Or, if you previously disabled that option, try enabling it again.

If you encountered a problem while installing the game in which the installation stalled at 95%, follow the instructions on the Eidos support site to reinstall. This may solve several problems, including this one.

If none of the above help, you're welcome to download my savegame file for the next checkpoint. Macintosh and Wii save files are also available here. (Instructions are included with the downloads as well as here.)

For the Steam download version of the game (and the others, if the above fixes don't work for you), try the Anniversary Flight Patch to move Lara past the trouble spot. Details can be found on my TRA Downloads page.

The links are here http://tombraiders.net/stella/walks/TRAwalk/10obelisk.html#bugfix

Good luck everyone, and F you, Crystal Dynamics, for not testing! Just one full playthrough on the PC version would have encountered this. Gamers would volunteer for that kind of stuff too. No excuse.

I had been reduce the screen resolution, disable 'Full Screen Effects', but any way the same stuff. I hadn't problems installing the game, because I've installed via Steam, but I don't know how to use that flight patch.

Hello, it happened the same to me. I tried everything avobe, but it didn't worked. Whe I changed the screen options to Antialiasing 16XQ AA. It worked fine. Wish it helps.

Turning the aspect ratio down and using manual grab worked for me. I think I also press back when I was flying through the air to try and get round it. Dunno if it did anything though =p

I had the same issue today. I shutdown the program and changed my graphics card 3D settings (in NVIDIA control panel for GEFORCE GTX 660Ti) to turn on vertical sync. After reloading at the last checkpoint it worked first time. Was actually changing settings for another reason, following the advice of @SeriousBusiness. See discussion called 'Funky Physics'. All credit to SeriousBusiness - Thanks again.
