The game leaves a rather disappointing impression. On the one hand, many locations and levels in this "remake" are taken from the original game, but because the controls have been reworked, they play completely differently.
The original controls were very unique, distinctive, and offered more control over the character, so I think they should have been left in.
They added a grappling hook for some reason, but in my opinion, it was completely unnecessary.
There are new cinematics, but they're poorly done.
A bunch of nice little things have been lost. For example, in the original game, Lara wore pajamas in her mansion, but here she wears the same clothes she wore in the dungeons.
In the original game, the game taught you all the parkour mechanics from scratch in the mansion, but that's gone here.
In the original game, pressing Esc opened a beautiful stylized menu with rotating objects, but that's gone.
I also found some moments that were simply poorly executed technically, like the jerky camera and the glitchy female hair.
But! In the main menu we hear a new beautiful version of original music.
