How do I have Lara change clothing?
I have unlocked two outfits. I went into the rewards section and chose one of the two. But when I back out of the menu, she is still wearing her default garb. Is there a trick to changing outfits? Or can this only be done in a new game?

If memory serves, you can only equip a costume when replaying a level.
