Modding the game with TheIndra's Menu Hook problem

Hi,
I tried getting TheIndra's Menu Hook to work but I can't seem to figure it out. I downloaded the newest version and but it in my Game Folder but nothing happened.
I then looked at some older video on how to install it and saw that in the video there were 5 files. The Zip that I downloaded form here

only has 3 files however. Am I missing something?

Just drop the 3 files in the main folder (where tra.exe is), open the game and press F8 to open the mod's menu
