I for somehow cannot get out of the library, I do know you jump on that picture and hurry up, shoot the metal object and get the secret passage open. Also it leads you to the artifact room and where you shoot the glass and pickup the sundial piece. Now both of these rooms are locked and no way to get out. No grapple either to pull the ring from the chandalier. If there is a way out, I locked myself in I guess lol.

I think you are experiencing a glitch, friend.

Go to the library room that connects to the sundial piece, go up to the door, and to the left there's a button/console on the wall that you can interact with that unlocks the door so you can leave.

This was kind of odd, last time I tried that door I couldn't unlock it. Now it unlocked....very strange. But your answer was right, glad you mentioned it. Thanks. :)
