Stuck in the water level puzzle in Sanctuary in the Scion

I didn’t know what I was doing and pushed the stone you use as a platform down in the very bottom water level and I can’t get it back up. I’ve already saved and I think I might be completely locked out of progression. Please help lol :(

There may be some tips that help you proceed.

Note that reloading a save will go back to the previous checkpoint, which may reset a partially completed puzzle.

Yeah I tried both of those options before. Thanks anyway tho, I’m just moving on to Underworld for now lol
