TRA: Glitch in Gymnasium Turnstiles, Croft Manor (SOLVED)

PC Win 10, Intel i5 13600K, TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 Ram 2x16GB, 6000MHz, ASUS ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming WiFi 6E, Nvidia 1070Ti GPU.

I've seen some references to this before but can't get past this issue. In the Gym section of Croft Manor, there is a ramp with the number "1" on it. Lara is supposed to run up, grab a turnstile that rotates 90 degrees, and then jump to a metal hand hold on the wall. Then horizontally to another wall-mounted hand hold, and then back to another turnstile.

Two problems arise: either one or both will barely rotate. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get the first one in position. When I go to make the jump to the second turnstile it never moves more than about 15 degrees. I jump back to the wall and then back to the turnstile, where she then grabs a different part and it rotates 180 degrees into place. Now the problem is that she's not lined up, and she then misses the wall jump no matter where I launch here from the horizontal pole.

She also grabs air just in front of the pole, and it has her hanging crooked. Internet research has suggested turning off V-sync and all other display settings, which I've tried. I also went searching for the Flight patch, which I've used before on other games (AOD), but all of the links give me the 404 code and don't seem to exist.

Somehow it seems that Steam has deleted the previous PC version that I had stored on my machine, loaded from DVD, and I didn't have these issues before. Any help is greatly appreciated.
